Nic will describe why Agile was insufficient for Axes. While it solves the "uncertainty" problem ignored in Waterfall by prescribing frequent software releases and giving scheduling flexibility to the teams, it was deficient in the following areas:

2. Management of Shared Resources (assumes/ requires dedicated teams)

3. Delivery of Planned Scope (time-boxing leads to scope compromise and growing backlogs)

Nicolas Tremblay

Nicolas Tremblay is Chief Technology Officer of Axes Network. He received his Bachelor of Engineering in Computers Sciences and a MBA from Laval University in Quebec, Canada. He was a Management Consulting Manager at Accenture’s Communication, Media and Technology practice for 10 years and has 13 years of experience in Software engineering with a focus on Aerospace, Automotive and Consumer Goods & Services. He has helped a variety of clients including Boeing, Procter and Gamble, Honda, Ford and GM. He has been the CTO of Axes Network since October 2017.
